How we work (to make your life easier.)
We want you to get a security solution that fully meets your requirements. Our proposal will detail a complete solution including equipment type (its functions & advantages), installation, training and maintenance.
We will achieve this by meeting with you, listening and discussing your needs. If you have a detailed specification to be used for tenders - that’s fine. If you need help in getting a specification written we can help do that also.
When we meet with you it is important we understand the breadth of issues that may impact upon the type of security solution you need, be open to discuss;
- Insurance issues - key risk areas, claims history and criminal activity.
- budget, both capital and revenue
- value of stock / timing of workers movements
- other security system experiences you may have
Within 3 working days we will submit a fully specified, costed and timed proposal. During the implementation the TriEx Project Manager will be your single, constant and professional interface.
